About Me: 

I have been a successful entrepreneur and stay at home business Mom for over 25 years. I spent 20 years as a Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics where I coached hundreds of women to become mentally and emotionally stronger to operate their own businesses. Prior to that, I spent 11 years running a holistic health and healing business where I learned the practice of Mind, Body, and Spirit and how it is all connected. Currently, I run my Growth Junkie Coaching and Access Bars Business to empower women in their life and business.

All of this is not without struggles. I did have challenges to overcome in my own life. During the past 31 years, I stay active and grounded in my own recovery. I have dealt with alcoholism, depression and an eating disorder. It's by the grace of God that I have learned patience to live one day at a time.

I have masterfully learned to utilize programs, education, Access Consciousness tools, energy work, body work and other modalities. These tools along with my life experience has enabled me to educate and contribute to my clients in my coaching business. I teach my clients to get out of their own head, move past other people’s judgments of them and break their limiting beliefs keeping them stuck. With my coaching techniques, my clients are able to achieve the greater success they were desiring for themselves in their life and business.
